It's a nice upgrade
This is my 2nd tablet from XP-Pen, my first being the Artist 13.3 Pro. It's responsive, displays at a higher resolution than my monitor, and is an overall pretty reliable tablet. I got it a few months ago and I honestly don't have any complaints about the tablet itself. I do wish it came with a sticker sheet for all the buttons like my 13.3 did, but aside from that I don't have any critiques left to give.

Finally upgraded
I've owned the original 22E for about ten years or so. Before Hanvon Ugee bought XP Pen. It stopped being supported at Mac OS Catalina but kept chugging along until I upgraded to Sonoma because Hanvon changed the chipset and didn't update the drivers.
I reviewed several displays, but I knew I wanted a large one. It came down to the 24 or the equivalent Huion. Some people complain that this screen is not laminated and prone to scratching. I wonder how hard they must draw to scratch this thing because it can take a very light stroke to full res with very little pressure. I like the texture and this is the first time I've used a glove, which does smooth things out.
I don't need 4 K. The 2.5K is quite good. The screen is nice and sharp but needs calibration out of the box. I use a SpyderX Pro. Some people may not need 20 shortcut keys. I mapped them all, and I like that you can customize the rings, so I mapped two buttons to swap them on the fly. Only needing one USB-C cable to connect to the computer is great. It's also a great screen to watch stuff when working remotely.
Make no mistake, this thing is heavy. I use a Vesa arm attached to the wall, but bring it down to the desk when I want to draw.
So far, it's been a joy to draw on and works well with the programs I use: Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Serif Suite, Flame Painter, and Rebelle. I look forward to using this for years to come.

My first large display tablet
I've been using an ipad for a decade so this was my first display tablet that I bought to connect to my 2021 imac. I bought it July 2023 and have been using it for a few months now.
The transition was a little awkward only because I was used to drawing in a small space, and the stylus change was also a massive change of pace. HOWEVER, I have come to absolutely love the shortcut keys and they have been so helpful. As a left-handed user, having keys on both side of the tablet helps tremendously with tablet adjustment. Pardon the stylus placement as I used the weighted pen cap to stick onto the corner.
I haven't had any problems with the tablet performance wise. It runs exactly how it is supposed to and even adds as a great second monitor when I'm not using it to draw. The image is clear, and despite minor color disparities it matches fairly well.
My only vices are the lack of nib variety and pricing of screen protectors as the screen is slippery akin to how an ipad is without a matte screen protector. The tablet comes with a pre-installed protector but it's mostly for protection. This is only a personal taste though and in no way does it negatively affect the quality of the tablet.
I wish that xp-pen provided felt nibs that were compatible with the PA2 stylus (the stylus compatible with this display) I feel like making those products would give consumers more choice if there is more variety to choose from instead of limiting it to newer products.

Wonderful Tablet but some Issues
I love this tablet, it's a wonderful product and I'm very happy with how it performs. However, I have been having issues with it randomly powering off at some point. Sometimes it doesn't want to power back on until a few minutes later. This pattern happens randomly and i can't figure out why.

so far so good
Been using this huge bad boy for 4ish years now.
I had no problems with it, but the pen is delicate and if you dare to drop this guy, it will defy gravity and always, always land on the tip.
And it will stop working, it happen, I flip out. thankfully had the spare one, but yeah. Don't let the pen slip. it will find a way to expire himself.
The pen might scratch the screen if you don't clean after and before use (sometimes it will still scratch, I don't know what is up with that). I recommend buying the screen protector if you can. Yes, I know, but if you want to take this titan home and keep it safe, a screen protector will hopefully stop the scratching the pen does from time to time.
The colors are good (calibration is easy to set), the lagging, If it has, I have yet to notice. The pen contact with the screen is perfect. Is easy to set up, cables are all still in place and working.
Now, for the people that move a lot and are planning to take this bad boy with them, think about it. Really think about it. Unless, of course, this is not your first child and you have the confidence plus strength to move this guy, then go for it. Just keep in mind that anything that can happen will happen if you don't pay attention.
overall, best purchase I have done.

Better than the Huion Kamvas Pro 16(2.5k)
This is the best tablet I have purchased so far. A happy purchase compared to my previous Huion tablet. This XP-Pen tablet does not have the grainy image/viewing quality to it as the Huion tablet did which sort of degrades the 2.5k resolution in my opinion. I'm a big button person so this tablet was a plus for me; not to mention the crisp image quality. There are only two issues I had with it. One was that it did come with 2 pens, but one of them stopped working about two months into using it. The second is about the driver software: every time I turn it on and off, I have to open the app to get the shortcuts working. It's a little annoying but both problems did not affect my actual rating since I find the tablet itself favorable.

Awesome Product!
This is my 2nd XP-Pen. My 1st was the 13 pro, great product but a bit small for me. The 24 pro came yesterday, much better for me! I will use the 13 for travel and my laptop.
Works flawlessly on both Windows and Linux. I do not have a MAC so I cannot say how it works on that.
One thing that seems a bit off is the USB C connection on the back of the 24 Pro. It does not seem to fully insert into its spot. The connection works but seems like it could fall out at any time. I have tried a couple of different cables but it seems to be with the unit itself and not the cable. Fingers crossed this is not a problem.

Great job and a great product!
Technical wise the tablet costs every dollar. The colors are vivid, screen is not too smooth and gives nice paperlike resistance during the drawing process (though its more like stone paper in smoothness rather than common one).
Parallax is barely noticable: even with the smallest brush size the lines are quite precise, and hatching is extremely comfortable. The straight lines wouldn't wobble if you are not pressing too hard. Also I'd advise to use only either the original sensibility settings in the driver, or only the app ones: in Clip Studio it was working weird, with large difference in brush size without significant change of pressure when the settings overlapped each other.
Stylus is comfortable and ergonomic enough, but may feel thick for those who are used to common ones: this stylus is around 1cm in diameter if not bigger.
With a monitor arm there are no problems with moving this large tablet around the workspace, and of course you can use it as an additional monitor if you need. So you should really consider buying an arm since it's heavy. The original stand is really stable and comfortable though. So if you have extra space it would fit there in too.
I would like to say a special thank you to the customer service team, and express my sincere admiration of the customer support manager's outstanding efforts in the workplace. I appreciate everything that he did to remedy my case with the misdelivered or lost order.

Its really nice but too big
It's an incredible tablet so perfectly made. I was looking for craftsmanship and got it. I do love it but it's really, really big I highly recommend you measure it before you buy. I should have got something smaller.

Artist 24 Pro an affordable artist's dream machine
For the last four years, I have been using an Artist 16 Pro for my art work. I never had any issues so when I decided to upgrade I naturally looked to XP pen. I was fortunate to find that their Artist 24 Pro was on sale. I have been using the Artist 24 Pro now for a few days and it is great. It is an artist's dream machine. It was easy to set up and an easy transition with the drivers. Because of its size, I have it set up on a monitor arm to free up space on my work area. I really like the Artist 16 Pro, but I love the Artist 24 Pro. My daughter, who is an up and coming artist, will now be using my old Artist 16 Pro.

Constant issues
When it works it's nice. But Everytime I wake up my pc, I have to unplug the tablet to get it to detect the pen and it's caused my entire rig to lock up twice! I've tried different usb ports, updating drivers, rebooting. Nothing works.

Just Awesome
The 2K resolution is nice for 3D modelling as there is a lot of space to work with. The colors on the display are great as well, I'm used to cheap gaming monitors so this is the best I've used as far as color accuracy goes.
The keys on the left and right of the monitor are definitely nice. They feel okay, but It's going to take some time for me to get used to.
One big thing I'd like to mention are the Linux drivers. I am a big Linux fan as a software engineer, but I've been stuck on Windows for quite some time now for the games. Having the Linux drivers available to me, makes me feel like this product isn't a waste of money when I move over to Steam OS 3 permanently, hopefully.
The pen however, doesn't feel completely right. There's definitely some friction between the screen and the tip making it slightly annoying. The buttons on the side of the pen do not give enough feedback and I feel that they could extrude from the pen more. Everything else was great.
I hope this company can continue to be successful and produce more great products.

top tier Tablet that does completely break the bank
The artist 24pro is a tablet that meets all expectations for the price. I want to start with the packaging first. Everything is nice and neatly packed and the box is pleasing to look at. Overall unboxing was simple and it was very hard to get things mixed up. If you keep your box which you should it is a little annoying to store unless you have a room for storage. Moving on to the pen and its tube overall great quality and I like the extra pen they give you for when you lose your pen somewhere and you don't know where it is even though it is right in front of you. The pen feels very smooth on the screen but I feel like you should keep or buy a screen protector because sometimes I feel like I am scratching the screen if I put the pen at a certain angle and that is not good. It is not the worse because the nibs themselves are pretty soft. The responsiveness of the pen is easily the best part. It May not mean that much but when your pen does not work or does things not intended it becomes an issue but not here. Now time for the tablet itself. If great the overall size makes for a nice screen on its own and the amount of space makes programs that are cutter very manageable. Having many shortcut keys is nice even though I don't use the right side all that much it still has its uses. The quality of the screen is top tier with one issue. It has a red tint. Unless there is a way to fix it can become an issue if you like your monitors to be the same or really close

Wide screen is awesome and useful!
I highly recommend this product if you want to make elaborate drawings. However, it is recommended to purchase an additional monitor holder when installing. The position of the monitor can be a little high when working while sitting at a desk, so it is recommended to make an angle with a holder. The colors emitted from the monitor match the actual picture encoded. So you don't need to worry about coloring.
